Processing & Shipping Times

• Retail Orders: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and please allow another 3-5 business days for shipping.

• Wholesale Orders: Please allow 10–15 business days due to the nature of the product being made to order.

Order Issues & Responsibility

• Once your order has been shipped, INAUM THE BRAND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• For any shipping issues, please contact your local USPS directly.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is provided, a reshipping fee will apply to resend the item.
